Revolutionary Minds
a project I've been onboard since its conception with Stella Bell-Gam, created by Nate the Lyricist
Every single month we research an African Revolutionary Mind from the Motherland or the Diaspora and turn our study into spoken word poetry that is then performed at Auntie Jean Afrikan Culture Market every 3rd Sunday of the Month in Brockley.
check this verse that encapsulates the project and look out for the subsequent posts of verses of each Revolutionary Mind we've/ I've done thus far:

With each Pan Afrikan Great eye study.. the moor 👁👀a pattern of wanted posters against their names. The status quo would have you believe they were fugitives who committed acts like murder🙄🥱😡.. quite the opposite!
They were POWER-FILL beings who used their voice and intellect to express their thoughts and opinions. Backed up by their actions to create radical change during their time ✊🏾 Research beyond the veil family. Have a blessed Ra charged day 🌞
Independence Day for Ghana but the Ghana nor the Afrika of today, is not what the Leader of the Liberation Movement - Kwame Nkrumah envisioned. He once stated "A State in the grip of neo-colonialism is not master of its own destiny." - this is the problem majority of Afrikan nations face today & even worse, many of us on the Motherland or Diaspora don't even know it or the grave-ity of it - neocolonialism - controlled by hidden hands.
