These people in California are robbing in a free-for-all because of this law:

Proposition 47 changed the law so that theft of $950 and below is a misdemeanor. In reality, nobody is prosecuted even if caught. This has created a free for all in California with no consequences. By passing this law, they're gonna have is exactly where they want us. Ban guns, stores closed, factory made meat, modified foods, sterile men and women, nowhere to shop, total anarchy, depend on the government, for EVERYTHING! But carry on though...Smh
