White doctor/white savior 

Through the rumors 
And on the news 
I heard a white woman 
Who pretends to be a physician 
Who killed many Ugandan babies 
I heard....
You see Africa is so welcoming 
To all kinds of people 
And cultural backgrounds 
But motherland 
Beautiful motherland 
You don't have to be so 
Welcomin... you should place a tall wide 
Fence so the westerns don't force 
Themselves in....they stole you 
They colonized you 
They raped you 
They pretended to be doctors 
And killed your civilizations
One particular has a documentary series 
On hbo instead of prison....that's white privilege...
I hate that....
I hate the fact that Africans the mothers whose children were 
Killed by so called dr. Karen didn't whoop her ass...
Didn't killed her, didn't kill her family....
Somethin like that is dangerous.....
With this white supremacy, 
There's a reason that black people should be pissed off....
You can't tell them don't be mad...

You can't trust a colonizer who ain't givin you

White doctor is not your savior...

Which is disheartenin
They trusted a white woman...
Blond hair blue eyes or green eyes....

And in a way the whole situation reminds me of a book called 
They were her property....
She came to Uganda and became some kind of a slave owner 
To manipulate black people that she is a doctor 
Without a medical license 
Without a trainin...
And she's a Christian...
Ummm Jesus doesn't kill black babies on purpose 
He doesn't go to Uganda and kill them...
But she believes in him faithfully...
She ain't a Christian y'all 
She's a devil diagnosed boys and girls with a disease...
And you see why Africa so many reasons 
Why Africa need a whole large fence or a huge electric gates 
All around the continent only to keep the westerners out 
And yes I meant that...
I would love to see all the foreigners be frightenin 
Being a punk ass by Africa when all the nations 
Unite together...like be the strict parents who don't 
Play with fools anymore...after all, black people are the parents 
Of the human race.....
The white woman knew what she's doin...
Africa should be violent towards her....
Uganda should put her in jail, death sentence....
Maybe do a medical experiment on her 
She can feel what babies are feelin...
We can play fake ass doctors, too....
Though it's not our mindsets....
She's another one who got away 
This time she's got a documentary series...
If a black doctor kills European babies 
And has no hbo documentary, 
Do you think it's fact....

And I always think every white terrorism happen,
