My granddaughter called me this morning and asked me was 911 out in Minnesota? I told her I heard about some states having that problem but not here. So I checked by using google and it stated Minneapolis was out. So I called 911 and they answered and told me everything was okay. She said she would cancel the call she didn't. The police of course called me and I explained why I called and told them to check Minneapolis. So they did and yup 911 was out!!! They were shocked because they had no idea!! Check your area and stay alert!!
