1️⃣. Clean your credit report first. Remove any old addresses , Employers, and Names.
2️⃣. Get any negative items / late payments removed, Dispute letters are proven to be most successful but you can also Send goodwill letters , and pay to delete letters
3️⃣. Keep your credit card utilization under 30% lenders like to you see if you are responsible and able to maintain the accounts you currently have
4️⃣. Stop Only Making One Payment A Month! Make payments twice a month! Half on your statement date and the other half on your due date! The statement date is what matters the MOST!
5️⃣. Just because you paid a debt collector doesn’t mean your score will improve or be removed! It will still show up on your report unless you get a Pay To Delete Letter Agreed & Signed by The Debt Collector for them to personally remove it from your report! If they DONT, you can send a copy of the letter to the bureaus as proof and have it removed!
6️⃣. Late Payments Can Be Disputed If The Account Is Still Open! If it has turned into a collection or charge off, GET THE WHOLE ACCOUNT REMOVED! (Repos, Credit Cards, Student Loans, ETC)
7️⃣. STOP PAYING PEOPLE $100-$1000 TO CLEAN YOUR CREDIT! Simply do it yourself so you can understand it better and learn how to keep your score up! These people are overcharging you for information that’s free from basic research!
8️⃣. Freeze Your Account Before Disputing. Opt-out of secondary credit reporting companies to remove their services and suppress their report so they will not report to companies on your behalf.
You do not want them reporting behind the scenes information while you are disputing negative accounts.
You do not want TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian to have information to verify your
accounts.
