If she did a medical exam and found out that the baby will be born with a severe physical or mental impairment, then yes, she has the right to terminate the pregnancy. If she's always being sexually reckless/irresponsible, then no, she should NOT use pregnancy termination as a 'go to' 'default' solution to her irresponsible behavior.
