Whenever you remember, at any time of the day, say "I AM JOY." Say it hundreds of times a day if you like. Say if often, but say it very, very slowly, giving equal emphasis to each word. I - AM - JOY. Feel the meaning of the words as you slowly say them, and experience as much of a feeling of joy within you as you can. Build on that feeling every single day. You will get better and better at it.

Feel that joy inside you more than you react to outside circumstances, and you will change the outside circumstances.
