In your sleeping state you are essentially dead with biological functions persisting. When you dream you have literally vacated your host, you are traveling.
This leaves your host like a BRIGHT LIGHT to every energy that detects it and they enter your host.
When you wake, there is a moment where you have not fully reentered your host, it’s an eviction process where you are pushing out the energies that occupied your host.
You have a loss of motor skills, your mind is not fully returned and in those seconds you take remnants of the energy that was there.
Stop, breathe and fully extricate that energy and you return to self.
