That’s so sweet and sentimental?
You feel like you wanna keep it to yourself?
You want it to last longer?

Cos I felt that way before…
I have wished I have a love just like in those films
Except playin games…
Why would I want to complicate things with
Someone’s emotions…

Just go straight to the truth

So art imitates love stories in harsh reality
People hurt people
They don’t wanna be faithful
They lie
They cheat
They will stay in an abusive relationship…
It’s not an accident…
It’s why real love is too rare…
True romance is somethin you can’t define yourself
Even after you got hurt
Even if you stay with the wrong person…
Plus you don’t respect your heart
When you go back to the wrong person who continues to
Give you pain and stress…

Datin gets way too difficult
These days…high expectations are extremely high…
People don’t want a long term relationship,
People act like they don’t want it…
Cos today’s society in 2023,
They give people double standards
That doesn’t exist over night..
People use people
For sex, for money
Love is not blind
People manipulate and gaslight others
To think this thing is real
When it’s not…

The person doesn’t love you…
It’s makin you feel like he or she loves you
They don’t…
It’s why you gotta guard your heart
