The Emerald Tablet of Thoth (The Secret) is believed by many to be written some 36,000 years ago which is probably wrong, because it's written in Arabic which is at best 2500 years old. HOWEVER, Thoth is African in origin. Much of what we believe about Khemet comes from european "egyptologists" For instance they would have us believe that our spiritual beliefs begin with the architecture/art found in Khemet, but the spiritual practices predate the cities by at least 4000 years IOW 4000 years BEFORE the 1st dynastic period (8000 years ago) Some archeologists date the sphinx to 14,000 years ago so...... and I would argue that in order to create art that reflects our spirituality we would need to have the spiritual beliefs/practices first.
Thoth was renamed Hermes Trismegistus by the greek Herodotus 3rd century BC. The deity Thoth is associated with wisdom, letters, and time. He is the scribe of the gods, the inventor of writing, and the patron of all the arts dependent on writing, and is also the messenger of the gods and often served as Ra's intermediary between the lands of the living and the dead.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stated in hadith that among Allah’s 1st creations was the pen.
When Allah created the pen, he ordered it to write. It said : 'What shall I write?' He said : 'Write Al-Qadar, what it is, and what shall be, until the end (everything that will happen till the Day of Judgment.)
Kun =كُنْ
It's an order that means : be
Fa yakun =فَ +يَكُونْ
Means: so it becomes
So the verse means that : When Allah subhanahu wa taala gives the order to anything to be something, it will be, whatever it is & even if we think that it is imposible, it will happen because Allah is The All Powerful.
