The name is Martini, and seeing that this is a platform for people that look like me, I thought I'd share my podcast on here. It's called Shaken, Not Stirred and you can find it on all the streaming apps shown in the pic.

It's a place where I discuss anything and everything, from A-Z and I don't exclude me. A place where we learn and unlearn the programming of our mind, body, and spirit, and expand our consciousness beyond the veil. Life is really simple.....we're the complexity within the simplicity.
