Happy Father's Day to the men in my life

Leader:
Often times we look to the pulpit, stage, head of the line to find the leader: but like a father a leader is not always in the forefront, they are the ones pushing from behind they are ones walking by your side, when you need them to hold your hand….. it’s the stern words and smooth tone that can reach parts of your heart you didn’t even know you had feelings there.

The leader always looks ahead to make sure the path is clear, they are able to be at the ready when unexpected changes arise, they make sure that whenever you need a bandage they are prepared.

The leader knows when to step down, step back even step away if necessary, they trust that the lessons you’ve been taught will carry you far, they know you are equipped to walk alone.

You will keep their words and lessons close, some times to keep you company when you are lonely or apart.

Don’t be sadden by the thought of being out of touch with the Leader because those times will surely come,………The Leader also instinctively knows when you are ready to Lead!
