Shalom beautiful melanated family. I have been water fasting with herbs for the past week this is my 7th day and it's been rough. I have experienced good benefits also like my pain has subsided in my joints and I have lost a few pounds ( water weight). I started this fast in hopes of increasing my mental clarity. I was just checking in with everyone I hope this post reaches everyone in good health and I hope you all have a peaceful rest of your day.
