Are you worried about vitamin B12 on a plant based lifestyle?

A lot of people get tempted to back slide into there old ways of eating meat.

Because they're afraid of becoming malnourished.

Here's my favorite herbs and foods to avoid this misconception.

And stay on the path to healing and thriving on a whole food plant based transition.

For B12 the top 3 herbs are alfalfa, bladderwrack, and catnip.

As far as foods the top 3 are bananas (baby or burro), brewers yeast, and bee pollen.

I'm Mer from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Married for 20+ years, 3 sons age 21, 16, 13, and a granddaughter of 2. I'm a chemist and test gasoline and it's components for a living.
I became a member in 2020; BLM and covid were a mess and in that mess I saw a link of this app on a FB page called Real Pro Black NL.
One of the first things I did was going live and on that same live I got verified, asked how I found this place, told I could smoke in screen and got a "Welcome home"
I also do customized shirts, have some hacking skills, smoke a lot of weed and I'm sharing all that on here cause I feel safe here at home so my door (profile) is open.

The public Advanced Placement (AP) African American History Course is starting on September 12th!

This course is being offered by the "Right to Read: Audubon Park Community Library" housed at Audubon Park Covenant Church in Orlando, FL.

This class will run through April 1-2 times a month with online readings in between. It will be taught by subject matter experts and will be hybrid, available in person and online.
